On Monday 28 June, between 18:00 – 18:45, the BBRS will be holding the another event for registered customers to explain in more detail how we approach cases.

In our third webinar, Preparing Your Case, one of our Customer Champions and Case Assessors will provide an overview of the on the roles and responsibilities of BBRS staff looking at your case. They will then give some guidance on the types of evidence and documents that can support your case and share tips on how to set out a complaint as effectively as possible.

This will be followed by a Q&A session. You will be able to submit questions during the session but can also provide a question beforehand in the box below or by emailing hello@thebbrs.org. We will answer as many questions as possible during the event but please note that we may not be able to answer every question we receive.

As with previous events, this webinar will be recorded and made available to all customers afterwards.
