The Customer Satisfaction report uses direct feedback provided by customers at different stages in the customer journey and indirect feedback provided via Customer Champions and service complaints to review the customer experience. Customers have continued to be at the heart of what we do, and the BBRS remains focused on delivering an excellent customer experience.
