The Business Banking Resolution Service (BBRS) publishes guide on how its Scheme Rules can be changed

Following regular questions into the BBRS by representative groups/members of the public as to how changes may be made to the Scheme Rules that were agreed with SME industry groups, banks and other stakeholders ahead of its launch in February 2021, the BBRS thought it would be helpful to explain the process by which Scheme Rules could be changed. This guide can be viewed here.
