The BBRS has prepared a report on cases relating to Personal Guarantees. The key takeaway from the report is that complaints about personal guarantees form a substantive proportion of Complaints made to BBRS. It must be noted, however, that the number of Complaints made to BBRS overall are relatively low, especially in the context of the vast number of personal guarantees given in relation to SMEs.
