On Wednesday 14 April, between 18:00 – 18:45, the BBRS will be holding the first of three events for registered customers to explain in more detail how we approach cases, and give you some helpful tips.

In our first event, Eligibility Explained, our Chief Adjudicator and Deputy Chief Adjudicator will provide an overview of the rules that govern what types of complaints we can and cannot consider. One of our Lead Case Assessors will then walk through a case study to show how we determine whether a complaint is eligible in practice.

This will be followed by a Q&A session. You will be able to submit questions during the session but can also provide a question beforehand in the box below or by emailing hello@thebbrs.org. We will answer as many questions as possible during the event but please note that we may not be able to answer every question we receive.
