2021 research from the BBRS found that SMEs were most likely to go to their accountants for advice on their banking disputes – 44% out of the 750 SMEs we surveyed.

At the BBRS, we are keen to ensure that as many eligible SMEs as possible are aware of our service and know that they can register their complaints with us to benefit from the free dispute resolution support we provide.
